Moniti Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to users under 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

• Model payoff scenarios
• Visualize financial timelines
• Provide educational financial insights

Moniti does not provide banking services.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice (IMPORTANT)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Moniti and Dil Eight LLC are not a bank, financial advisor, credit repair organization, broker, or tax advisor. Any projections, timelines, insights, or recommendations generated by the Service are estimates only, are based solely on user-provided data, and are not guarantees of future results. You are solely responsible for your financial, legal, and tax decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Data Responsibility

You acknowledge that financial outputs depend on the accuracy of the data you provide. Moniti does not verify user financial data and is not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete inputs.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. Payments may be processed through Stripe, Apple In-App Purchases, or Google Play Billing. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you must manage cancellations through your platform account.

7. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Interfere with system security or integrity
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Use automated scraping or bots

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Dil Eight LLC and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONITI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee accuracy of projections, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIL EIGHT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MONITI IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
